Located just 150m away from the pretty beach of Nissaki with it’s excellent waterfront tavernas, bar, supermarket, boat rental facilities, this apartment is definitely the best way to enjoy an unforgettable holiday by the sea, in one of the prettiest corners of Corfu, without the need to rely constantly on a car.
Apartment Kostas is located on the ground floor of a 2 storey building surrounded by peace and greenery. Independent access with a private staircase leads to the large balcony, beautifully furnished and perfect for enjoying the sea-views, enjoying a drink or having a delicious al-fresco dinner.
Inside the apartment is modernly furnished and welcoming. Enjoying long night sleeps with the sound of the waves just below will be a truly memorable experience! There is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area as well as a sofa bed (double) leading directly to the terrace. The spacious bedroom, has a double bed and is provided with satellite TV (free channels only). The large bathroom has a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are provided. The bedroom is air-conditioned/heated (individually controlled by the guests 24/7) and this service is included in the price. Wifi is included too.
Despite being located just 2 steps away from the sea, the property is surrounded by greenery, flowers and Mediterranean shrubs. From the balconies and bedrooms guests can hear the gentle sound of the waves and enjoy the views to the Mediterranean Sea up to Corfu Town in the distance. There is even a small vegetable plot run by the owners where guests are welcome to pick up fresh products for cooking delicious organic meals. A shared barbecue and a common laundry room are available for the guests. A parking area is also available on the premises (available on a first-come first-served basis).
For the enjoyment of adults and children as well there is a swimming pool complex with pool bar open to the public and to our guests, located 100m from the apartment. (Open between May and October, 9am - 7pm). Our guests can use these pool facilities and the bar services, each adult must spend €6 minimum here on the days you wish to do this. They have restaurants services including breakfast, lunch or dinner which is a lovely bonus for guests in this apartment and food is nice.
With such a perfect bay with crystal clear water less than 2 minutes walk away, the choice will be hard whether to use the pool or the beach!
