Villa Tino is an old farmhouse, situated on the top of a hill from which it is possible to admire the Chianti hills on one side and the Val d’Orcia on the other. The stone building is surrounded by a beautiful, completely fenced garden. The forecourt, used as a parking area for at least four cars, is reached through an automatic gate. From here, a short staircase leads to the garden and the entrance to the house.
In the large garden, which has flowerbeds and tall trees, there is a 6 x12 m swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace and a gazebo, next to which is the farmyard which has a large table and chairs for eating “al fresco”. At the back, there is a north-facing terrace with areas where guests can relax.
The farmhouse is furnished with typical Tuscan pieces and has air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, a CD player, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, and children’s highchair. On request it is possible to have a private chef. All the bathrooms have hair dryers.
On the lower floor there is a small spa with a large whirlpool bathtub, sauna and other accessories.
All the necessary services can be found around 1.5 Km from the villa: post office, chemist, bakery and a large supermarket, as well as the stop for the bus service into Siena.
