The charming outdoor areas are very well tended and consist of a beautiful furnished loggia overlooking the living-room, ideal for organising “al fresco” lunches and suppers, as well as a barbecue and a wood-burning oven. A small flight of stairs leads to the spacious sun terrace with large saltwater panoramic swimming pool, at the side of which there is a pleasant, shady furnished loggia. The swimming pool (7x14 m; depth 1.4 m) has Roman steps and a changing room with bathroom and shower.

Thanks to its central position, it is possible to easily reach Umbria’s main tourist destinations from the farmhouse such as, for example, Perugia, Assisi, Deruta with its ancient ceramics and Todi with its medieval historical town center.
