Located in a residential area around 500 mts from the stunning Gale beach, Villa Octavia is a spacious family villa within walking distance of some wonderful local restaurants and Apolonia supermarket. The villa boasts a large private swimming pool, charcoal BBQ, table tennis and secure gardens. Internally, the large living / dining area overlooks the swimming pool and gardens.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Continente brand, capsular) and electric hand whisk together with all essentials for a self-catering stay. A door leads from the kitchen out to the BBQ.
There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor with a toilet and wash basin.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with patio doors opening out to the gardens. These bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and share a large bathroom (bathtub with shower over).
On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms each with private balconies with views over the neighbouring villas to the sea. One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and private en-suite walk in shower whilst the other bedroom has twin single beds and private en-suite bathroom (bathtub with shower over).
The villa has a security alarm system, safe, Wi-fi, double glazed windows with shutters and air conditioning in each bedroom.
Parking is available outside on the street.
Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.
