The villa is situated on a plot of 17.500 m2 it has an excellent sun terrace and a private 4x8 pool. Perched on the top of a hill, completely fenced, the house has plenty of parking and is split over three levels.

On the upper level (1) to the right of the house there is an outdoor dinning área with views to die for, from the main entrance of the house there is a kitchen with dining table, a spacious living room with a covered terrace that serves also as a dining area. The villa has rooms equipped with air conditioning, central heating, LCD TV, cable TV, a personal safe and trouser presser.

FYI The house keeper lives in the plot in a separate building.

There is a Security Deposit to pay locally of €1200 per week.
