There is no need for a car while staying at Beach Villa Cucina everything you need is at your doorstep! Yet there are no noisy bars in the area, so a relaxing and peaceful holiday experience is guaranteed, only a few steps away from the turquoise sea! The villa has been carefully designed to offer all modern comforts with an added touch of classy luxury. In addition, the villa offers facilities for cyclists and storage of bicycles, making it the perfect choice for a cycling holiday on Mallorca.
Beach Villa Cucina is set over two floors, is fully air-conditioned, and has been cleverly designed to provide an exceptionally airy feeling (double-glazed panoramic windows with mosquito nets). On the ground floor, there is an impressive, fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher, a cosy sitting area with a satellite TV, wi-fi internet, and a music system, a spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower.
The big patio doors open straight to the poolside terrace, equipped with tables, chairs, and sofas. The upper floor, accessible through an internal staircase, houses three beautifully furnished air-conditioned bedrooms, one double, one twin, and one single, as well as a family bathroom with a bathtub. A tiny poolside annexe is available for the use of the guests and contains a WC, a basin, and a laundry room.
Outside, the generously sized private pool offers pleasant views over the Albufera River and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. The swimming pool measures 6m x 3.3 m, the depth is 1.45 m, and access is via Roman steps. It is a true oasis to relax under the Mallorcan sun in total peace and quiet. But with such a perfect beach almost at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or “playa”? For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue is available, along with a shaded outdoor dining table and a chillout area.
For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.
