About Villa Mal Pas

Villa Mal Pas is located close to the Alcudia suburb of Malpas and is within easy walking distance of two beautiful cove beaches - Cala Sant Joan and Cala Sant Pere. There is a mini market and a few restaurants and bars in Malpas itself whilst the nightlife and wide array of attractions of Alcudia are just a short drive away.

The villa itself has a newly finished swimming pool to the side of the house for when even 500 metres is too far to walk to the beach, and a shaded terrace offers a cooler vantage point to the pool.

Inside, the house is comfortable, light and spacious and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lounge with access to the front terrace, and a fitted kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has a single bed with pull out bed and is more suitable for children or as a single room. Upstairs are two doubles and a twin.

All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged.

Please ask us if you require any additional items before you travel and we would be happy to arrange this.

We have a 24hr emergency service.

Our staff are all English and Spanish speaking.

Refundable Security Deposit of €250 due at the time of paying the balance.

Amazing place to stay with beautiful views. The apartment was so clean and very big. There was 4 adults and a baby and we had so much room. The host was great, excellent communication and helped us book transfers.

We went in May and had gorgeous weather and the pool was lovely, the staff in the snack bar were very friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach but we found it fine, hills on the walk back might make it difficult if you had mobility issues, but there was plenty of taxis and Ubers around for a cheap price. Had a wonderful stay and would happily book again.. The apartment was so clean and very big. There was 4 adults and a baby and we had so much room. The host was great, excellent communication and helped us book transfers.

Stayed at Apartment Sky Vista

We loved absolutely everything about Apartment Six. For us it is extra special because it overlooks Swiss Cottage, the house where we spent the happiest childhood holidays and we particularly enjoyed sitting in the wonderful garden and remembering. The flat is in immaculate condition. The beds were really comfortable, aswell.
