Villa Teresa is a lovely four bedroom villa right by the sandy beach in Alcudia! A great central location and spacious house, this really is a great villa - and so close to amenities there is no car needed.
There are lawns which are great for children, and we include a cot and highchair free in this villa.

From the dining room there is a door to the well equipped kitchen.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.
Covered and uncovered terraces with a gardern area with a built-in barbecue where you can have a fantastic dinner! It is the perfect place to enjoy Mallorca’s mild climate throughout the summer while enjoying a delicious dinner outdoors.
