About Villa Uno

This detached villa is located in front of the sea facing on to a natural beach located on a quite road. From the house there are far reaching views across the bay towards Puerto Pollensa. The centre of Alcudia old town with its traditional shops and restaurants is just a few minutes’ drive away and the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just a few minutes’ drive in the opposite direction.

Villa Uno is perfect for groups, and families. On the ground level there is a lounge with Tv and comfortable seating with a fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs there is an additional lounge area and a second fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on each level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The Villa has its own private pool and sunloungers for everyone.

Please note there is a refundable security deposit to pay before travel of £250.

Villa Skye was the perfect setting for our family holiday and wedding venue.

From arriving at the big gates and driveway we were completely stunned at how beautiful it was and couldnt wait to unpack and soak up the sun in the amazing swimming pool.
Arthur the owner was such a nice guy showing us around his villa and explaining everything we needed to know, he left us feeling very welcome and we had all his contact details in case we needed further assistance. Thank you again for making our holiday/wedding one to remember!

Stayed at Villa Skye Luxo

We had a lovely holiday at this house in Filey. It’s in a great location with the beach an easy walk away. We went with another family and had four children with us - there was lots to keep them entertained nearby. There is a fab park very close and two options for crazy golf (one at the park and one at the beach). There are shops within an easy walking distance. A bigger Tesco is also nearby. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It even had a bookcase with lots of children’s games. We were always able to find parking on streets nearby so it was never a problem. Thanks again to Lynne who accommodated a very short notice booking and always replied to messages quickly.
