About Can Xica

Grand and spacious, this rare 6 bedroomed villa really is a unique gem in the heart of Pollensa Old Town.

Given its size, and the fact that it has it’s own garage for parking and/or bike storage, this really is an amazing property for groups looking for a central location.

Can Xica has been tastefully furnished to a high standard, with a luxury feel, it is a new build, and is a spacious 292 m².

There are two double (king size) bedrooms and four twin rooms.

There are four en-suite bedrooms and one house WC.

Pollensa Old Town is a beautiful, traditional working town, and its charming squares, shops and restaurants are just a very short walk away.

Can Xica is equipped with a barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hairdryer,

air conditioning (hot/cold), private swimming pool, garage, 5 fans, 7 televisions, Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German), DVD.

In the fully fitted new kitchen you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

With the added bonus of its own private cycle storage room, the house is very popular with cyclists and cycling groups. Pollensa is a very popular destination for cyclists.

For families, friends, or groups of cyclists, this beautiful house really is a special find; and with golf, gastronomic delights, beaches and wonderful scenery in close proximity, this area of Northern Mallorca has guests returning again and again.

Extra Information:

Please let me know if you require cots or highchairs - these will be provide these free of charge for you, including bedlinen.

Bedlinen is changed every week and there are no local cleaning charges.

Towels are also changed midweek.

Can Xica does not accept groups of young people and smoking or pets are not allowed. There is a security deposit required of €250.

Beautiful apartment we spent 9 days in T1 Marina a quiet area central to everything just a short walk takes you to the Old Town,the supermarket is just across the street and good food can be had along the Marina. One couldn’t ask for more. - Brendan, September 2022

Stayed at Al Marina View Uma

Fantastic stay with our children. Ocholo booked our trip and all went smoothly. Child friendly for our 1 year old, all open plan downstairs is great plus there was a free travel cot and highchair, plastic bowls/cups and cutlery etc. We took the Playstation for our older children and hooked it up to the Smart Tv in the living room. Filey is always our favourite and we holiday there in the summer too but this winter stay was just as enjoyable. The beach is still great we luckily had crisp blue skies too, the kids had just as a good time and Shore House is just a short walk to town or to the amusements so the kids aren’t being put in the car all the time - perfect location and will definitely go back. We loved the comfy sofa we wanted to take it home!

We stayed at woodsmill view for my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations. We love York and this location is fabulously situated for exploring the city and for the nearby bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars.
