About Villa Crestaix Ferra

This lovely, traditional Mallorcan stone villa, Villa Crestaix Ferragut, sits in pine shaded, Mediterranean gardens in a quiet residential area.

It is close to the small, agricultural town of Sa Pobla which hosts a colourful Sunday market full of local produce. Just a short drive away from the popular old Roman town of Pollensa, with its cobbled streets and impressive main square which boasts many restaurants and local shops.

The villa boasts a good sized swimming pool situated to the side with an adjacent shaded terrace and barbecue dining area whilst inside the spacious interiors are comfortably furnished in the local style. A well-equipped fitted kitchen provides all that is needed for preparing family meals. For golfers, the Pollensa Golf course is just 5 minutes up the road by car, and the excellent restaurant is open for lunch.

Cleaning service is included during your holiday. All our villas are cleaned following a strict cleaning protocol, ensuring your peace of mind.

I turned 50 in March and I wanted to celebrate this day with my close friends. When we started to prepare the guest list we understood that we need a bigger place with 5+ sleeping rooms. It was not easy to find one and finally we found this villa. After settling the contract with the agent everything went really smooth and we arrived to the place.

The villa itself is much bigger than you see it from the pictures.
It positioned much better than you imagine looking at the pictures.
The interiors make you feel like a movie star so you need a professional photographer for the whole period of stay.

We stayed at woodsmill view for my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations. We love York and this location is fabulously situated for exploring the city and for the nearby bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars.

Perfect location - easy to get wherever you need to in a few minutes and it has a really nice view of the river, we chose to park on nunnery street car park as it looked a bit risky to use the garage due to the flood risk but this is a five minute walk and easy to get to! The apartment was spotless, really stylish and very well maintained, really nice to see some milk in the fridge and biscuits on the side. The bed was so comfy we slept really well! Great stay, thank you so much!
