About Villa Estefan

The beautiful Villa Estefan is a traditional cosy villa built in Majorcan stone and is nestled in spacious gardens with a small pond, barbecue area and large terraces with views across the delightful swimming pool area. Just 10-15 minutes walk along the grassy verge into Pollenca town.

Located in a peaceful setting the villa is ideal for couples or families who are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Both bedrooms at the villa feature gorgeous beamed ceilings - the first a double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the ground floor and the other a twin bedroom is an open plan bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is located on the first floor.

Elsewhere there is a large living and dining room with beamed ceilings. Terrace doors lead from here to the gardens and swimming pool area. A fully equipped kitchen makes fine dining easy. The ground floor also offers a guest toilet.

Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).

Important: Air Conditioning - from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 only. There is the Mallorca Ecotax payable before travel (around 2.5 euros per day.)

Absolutely fantastic place, perfect position overlooking the river,in the heart of the city but still peaceful enough to relax. I have been visiting York for years now and this is the best place we have stayed. Great city, great apartment and great hosts 5 star

Stayed at Woodsmill View

This villa is just perfect. It has everything you could wish for. We were 11 people and we had easily enough space. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the room with billard etc. We would go there again for sure. - Simon, July 2023

Stayed at Villa Skye

A really stylish, comfortable and perfectly located apartment. The bed is comfy, the shower is excellent and the kitchen is really well-equiped! The roofed balcony provides the perfect spot for relaxing with a great view of the river, even if it’s raining. Great to have a smart TV too! The location is ideal, only a couple of mins walk from the city centre and has car parking underneath the apartment (although best to check the flood warnings before you park). This place gave us the perfect base for exploring York and a cosy retreat when the weather turned bad. Would highly recommend!
