Villa Javier is a delightful 4 bedroom villa located in Cala San Vicente. It is located a few kilometres from the lovely town of Pollensa as well as the beach of Puerto Pollensa.
Villa Javier is a spacious house with modern interiors situated just a short walk from the three beaches and varied selection of amenities of the pretty seaside resort of Cala San Vicente. Restaurants are just a few minutes walk.
Inside, the villa is well furnished and offers well equipped facilities for a wonderful Mallorcan holiday.
The combined living and dining area has comfortable seating, ornamental fireplace, a TV and there are a set of 2 patio doors from the living area open onto the shaded terrace with a dining area out in the covered terrace.
The traditionally styled kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
In the Lower Ground Floor, there are two rooms. Both bedrooms overlook the pool and share the facilities of a separate shower room, and one of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom. And in the ground floor there are two more twin bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms offer pleasant, cooling breeze to aid restful sleep
There is a small pool for the private use of the villa guests, for when the beach is a stroll too far, and a cool, covered terrace to the rear of the house for a relaxing read or al fresco meal.
Villa Javier can sleep up to 8 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
