The lovely 2-bedroomed Villa Totia is a delightfully pretty and sweet holiday home with private pool ideally located in the countryside outside Pollenca Town. Offering beautifully furnished interiors full of Mallorcan charm, spacious gardens with excellent privacy, air-conditioning and modern facilities, this stone-built villa is the perfect choice for a couple or a small family looking for a relaxing holiday yet in close proximity to facilities as well as sandy beaches which are just a short drive away.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor and carefully mixes modern comforts with traditional elements. There is a comfortable lounge with air-conditioning, sofas, satellite TV (free channels), DVD player, dining facilities as well as direct access to the outside pool patio. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kind of meals (there is also a dedicated laundry room with washing machine + sink). There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin. The master double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room while the twin bedroom is located next to a family bathroom with bathtub.
Outside, the villa has large gardens perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, playing. The private swimming pool, offering great privacy, measures 7m x 4m (depth between 1m and 1.7m, entry via Roman Steps).
Comfortable sunbeds and provided and shaded areas are available when needed. A spacious terrace with dining table and built-in barbecue is available. Private parking within the grounds.
