Finca Mascot is a spacious, stone-built villa with private pool, 5 bedrooms, conveniently located close to Pollenca and it’s golf course (which is just 1.4km away). It would be a great villa for golfing or cycling groups, tonnes of outdoor space and separate terraces/seating areas, pool table and table tennis! There are lots of cyclists that use this road into Pollenca town and we are able to rent bikes for those who wish.
With a large BBQ terrace by the pool and fully fitted kitchen, Al Fresco meals are great here to enjoy the peaceful countryside and views.
Fully air-conditioned and traditionally furnished, this is the ideal property for guests that want to live a truly Mallorcan holiday yet surrounded by all modern comforts.
The entrance hall leads into a light and airy lounge/dining room with its large cream coloured sofas and dining table and chairs. French doors open out on to a large covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and the countryside beyond. Also off the entrance hall and on the left hand side, is the fully fitted kitchen. Three steps up from the lounge is a twin bedroom.
A corridor from the lounge/dining room leads to a further twin bedroom and a shower room on the right and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room on the left.
At the end of the hallway, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with a separate walk-in shower) and doors to terrace.
Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the landing and first floor, which consists of a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with separate walk in shower) and a games room with billiard table.
Both the twin bedroom and the games room have access to a large uncovered terrace with views over the pool below.
The pool is surrounded by lawn on three sides and adjacent is the large covered barbecue terrace, perfect for al -fresco entertaining. Guests will be able to enjoy relaxing hours on the terraces, reading a book, or sunbathing surrounded by the beautiful Mallorcan nature.
