A gated driveway leads up to the parking area while a couple of steps lead to the covered terrace and front main door (the villa is set over one floor inside). The main door leads to the open-plan lounge/dining room, with attractive stone walls and beamed ceiling, together with a modern decor. The lounge has been tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, contemporary dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar by the well equipped, brand new kitchen. An archway off the lounge leads to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a shower room.
Doors from lounge lead out to a covered terrace with comfy outdoor furniture - perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink. The covered terrace leads to a further open terrace and to the rectangular saltwater pool with Roman steps into it. Alongside the pool area, there is a brick-built barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the pleasant Mallorcan climate.
