The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, four cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in a dedicated utility area) with adjoining dining area has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area and terrace (furnished for al-fresco dining). A couple of stairs lead from the living room to a spacious twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master double bedroom suite (air-conditioned) with dresser is also on this level and has an en suite full bathroom which, can also be accessed from the hallway.
A staircase from the living room takes you to the first floor and a second comfy living area. Also on the first floor there is the third bedroom (twin, air-conditioned) with fitted wardrobes and direct access to a fabulous sun terrace providing extensive views over the pool area. There is also a family shower room on the upper floor. The villa has been carefully renovated retaining many of its original features, providing a traditional yet sophisticated atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.
Outside, the spacious gardens offer a playground for children, a barbecue, an L-shaped private pool with outdoor shower and table tennis.
