Villa Ca’n Bosco has panoramic views at countryside and mountains, plus the villa is in a superb location between Pollenca Old Town, Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. A diverse choice of beaches and amenities are all within a very short drive. This delightful villa has a large garden and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the 3 bedrooms.
The sweeping driveway and private parking area are gated from the country lane. As you approach the villa, you’ll be greeted by an unrivalled view across the Pollenca countryside and distant Tramuntana Mountains. The entrance into the villa is at the front, by the parking area.
Lounge area has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. On the far side of the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious covered terrace with a table and chairs and comfortable seating and a BBQ
On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, sharing a second separate bathroom (with a low ceiling, 160cm). Both bedrooms also share access to a spacious terrace with countryside and mountain views.
Villa Ca’n Bosco has a magnificent, south-facing pool and garden, which gets the sun throughout most of the day. There is plenty of space to sunbathe, and views of the open countryside and mountains can be enjoyed from the poolside. The pergola provides shade for the dining space and seating area, plus the brick BBQ is to one side of the garden.
