Set right in the port, there is no need for a car! Although parking is available if you decide to being a card. The interior is welcoming and airy, and together with the bonus of an inviting private garden with a lawn and swimming pool, it will be the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.
Casa Aria is set over two floors and has been carefully designed to provide wide spaces for guests to spend time all together.
On the ground floor, there is a huge lounge (with patio doors opening out to the patio and the pool area), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, four cooking rings, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), an air-conditioned double bedroom, and a family shower room.
On the upper floor, there are three more large, air-conditioned bedrooms. One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom with a bathtub.
All the bedrooms have access to private terraces offering lovely views over the pool and the pine trees.
Outside, the villa has extensive paved terraces both on the ground floor and the first floor, perfect for enjoying a delicious al-fresco dinner or a glass of wine while enjoying the views (a large dining table is provided). A brick-built barbecue is also available. The private swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, and parking is also available free of charge.
