About Villa Xavea

The traditional Villa Xavea enjoys a perfect location at the edge of S’Albufera natural reserve and very close to the sea at Puerto Pollenca. Spend long days in the beautifully kept gardens, with flowers and Mediterranean shrubs, or relax in the air-conditioned interiors: this property will amaze any kind of guests for its great value for money and location (the famous resort of Puerto Pollenca is just 3km away)! Villa Xavea is ideal for anyone in search of privacy combined with proximity to beaches and services; you can reach the sea in about 15 minutes.

Inside, this spacious, stone-built villa is set over one floor. Extensive terraces run around the property for further outdoor living. There is a spacious lounge with beamed ceiling (equipped with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet, fireplace, dining table for 6), a separate kitchen full of natural light and fully equipped (4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower room.

Outside, the true Mallorcan charm of Xavea will surprise you. Totally private, the gardens are planted with Mediterranean trees (olive trees, palm trees, flowers, shrubs) and are an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The pool is large and inviting. Comfortable sunbeds are provided for the guests to enjoy long days of sunshine. Poolside shower is available. A brick-built barbecue and outdoor table and chairs are the perfect complement for al-fresco dining in deep contact with the nature.

The villa is set in a lovely town in between the busier towns of Albufeira and Vilamoura. Very easy to find and get around from regardless of what it is you wish to do.

The Villa is Large, spacious and modern and set in a very neat compound which is a dream for a large family like ours on vacation. Ample parking for 6+ cars, large open areas including BBQ, separate seating area for relaxing, numerous sun loungers, separate dining area for 12 people and that beautiful infinity pool which was a great touch and a real focal point for the stay. Excellent set up all round externally.
Internally the finish was very good, very spacious, and has a real.family feel to it.
Each bedroom was stylish, very neat and tidy and ample storage for clothes and the bathrooms were great. The kitchen had everything you wanted and having 2 x large American fridges in the house was perfect in those hot conditions.

Stayed at Villa Skye

The spacious apartment (every bedroom with super king-size beds) is in a great location. 10 mins walk to the beautiful beach. Close to cliffs where you can have a nice walk with gorgeous views. - Piotr, November 2021

Stayed at Apartment Maria

The villa is clean , spacious and well maintained. Having the pool was wonderful on those very hot days. If you don’t like walking think about hiring a car or using taxis to get around. The walk to the marina is approx 25 mins away across the local field with a foot path, then we would get a taxi home (8 euros for 5 people). The area is very quiet and private and security was excellent. I would recommend this villa to family and friends as it was good value for money.
