Villa Carbó is located just above the unspoilt Cala San Vicente, with breathtaking ‘wow factor’ sea views. Whilst the villa enjoys this unique location, the road just before the villa is a little uneven. This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic views to the sea as well as extensive terraces for exciting outdoor living. The attractive private swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxing hours under the sun and taking those views in.
The villa entrance leads into a hallway with doors off on both sides one of which is a small single bedroom. Next to this is a shower room. There is also a further twin bedroom and a master bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a walk in pantry. Off the kitchen is a door leading to the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with look-out points. The L-shaped dining room/lounge is tastefully furnished in neutral shades of cream and browns. The lounge area comprises of two seating areas - one set up as a TV area. The far wall of the lounge has a wood burning stove feature. Large glass doors lead out to a covered terrace.
Outside via the lounge is a covered terrace with a glass table and chairs for outside dining and a few steps down to the kidney-shaped swimming pool with two semi circular steps into the pool. A little further round from here is the first terrace look-out point where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountains as they end and the sea begins. From here there is a full 180º view.
To the other side of the property is another look-out terrace this time with bench seating and views out to sea. Here you can watch the passing small sailing boats.
