About Villa Roig Petit

Villa Roig Petit is a lovely villa, beautifully cared for by its owners. Situated just a short drive from the resort of Puerto Pollensa where you will find many pavement cafes situated along the popular pine walk as well as a lovely sandy beach, and stylish marina. Villa Roig Petit features an open plan living/dining and kitchen area that leads directly to a covered terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens. Internally the house is furnished in the local style with modern additions such as air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player, as well as a fully fitted kitchen, making this villa a very popular holiday choice.

Cleaning service is included during your holiday. All our villas are cleaned following a strict cleaning protocol, ensuring your peace of mind.

All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged.

We have a 24hr emergency service. Our staff are all English and Spanish speaking.

Security deposit of €250 due with the balance.

Stayed at Villa Salma

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our 2–week stay here. The house is great: big, clean, spacious, modern and with everything you need. It is very well thought out and functional. There are 3 nice bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. So everyone can find their space. The kitchen is big and well-equipped. Outside there is a barbecue grill. The house was cleaned a few times during our stay which was nice and the towels changed. Pool towels are also provided. The pool is great. Not huge but big enough for everyone to swim in and enjoy - and it’s just for you. And it gets lots of sun. The poolside area is also nice - with lounge chairs and a table and chairs. When we ate in we ate outside every night. The location is also good. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with the lovely San Rafael beach only a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also restaurants and a mini market within walking distance. A bigger supermarket with everything you need is 5 minutes by car. It’s a great place to chill out poolside for the day or to come back to after sightseeing or a day a the beach.

Stayed at Villa Nona

The house is very recommendable. Brilliant, tasteful and functional furnishings. Sympathetic and helpful hosts. The location is beautiful and quiet. No street noise disturbs the calm. We were very impressed and would have liked to spend longer time in this blameless house. Thank you for making this great vacation destination available.
