About Villa Pauli Rubicon

Villa Pauli Rubicon is in a great location - is just 1500 meters from the very popular area of Marina Rubicon - and near the famous beaches of Papagayo.

The villa is all on one floor, and it has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom en suite. The second bathroom is shared by two other rooms, a room with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an outside utility area.

The spacious living room is equipped with SAT TV, DVD, and this room gives us direct access to the porch and pool where you can relax in a hammock or enjoy a delicious barbecue at sunset.

Fantastic apartment, we stayed as a family of four with two young kids. Both a cot with bedding and high chair were provided on request. Very helpful during our stay when we had questions.

Short walk to marina where there are plenty restaurants and our favourite cafe during our stay called The Cake Shop. There is an Italian restaurant (can’t remember name) on the hill on the walk to Old Town which was lovely too. Old Town is a beautiful 20/25 minute walk from apartment, lots to do there too and a lift down to beach as well. - Moira, October 2022

Stayed at Apartment Mayah

Stay in Villa Cabrita, very pleasant. The location, which allows you to walk to the beach, and the space outside the house were the aspects that we most valued.

Absolutely good accommodation, with good value for money.

Quiet, and close to the center (by car).
Needs a car to get around.
