About Villa Arona Montana

Villa Arona Montana is part of the area Bellavista, a very peaceful suburb just on the outskirt of Playa Blanca, just 5 minutes driving from Flamingo beach. The decor and furnishings are modern and plush. This is a really cosy lovely villa. With own parking, you will get this one level house throwing from the main door to the large lounge/dinner room. The lounge is connected with the totally equipped kitchen and both have patio doors that open onto the terrace. In the living room there is a satellite TV with Smart TV, Netflix (it is necessary to be a user to access the application), DVD and Wi-Fi Internet access. The main bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second is a twin bedroom and the third has bunk beds. They share the second bathroom. The terrace is equipped with functional furniture, sun beds and BBQ and it`s ideal for spending the day in the swimming pool and the evening cooking on the BBQ.

This villa is just perfect. It has everything you could wish for. We were 11 people and we had easily enough space. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as the room with billard etc. We would go there again for sure. - Simon, July 2023

Stayed at Villa Skye

The villa is clean , spacious and well maintained. Having the pool was wonderful on those very hot days. If you don’t like walking think about hiring a car or using taxis to get around. The walk to the marina is approx 25 mins away across the local field with a foot path, then we would get a taxi home (8 euros for 5 people). The area is very quiet and private and security was excellent. I would recommend this villa to family and friends as it was good value for money.

Stayed at Villa Nona

Fantastic stay with our children. Ocholo booked our trip and all went smoothly. Child friendly for our 1 year old, all open plan downstairs is great plus there was a free travel cot and highchair, plastic bowls/cups and cutlery etc. We took the Playstation for our older children and hooked it up to the Smart Tv in the living room. Filey is always our favourite and we holiday there in the summer too but this winter stay was just as enjoyable. The beach is still great we luckily had crisp blue skies too, the kids had just as a good time and Shore House is just a short walk to town or to the amusements so the kids aren’t being put in the car all the time - perfect location and will definitely go back. We loved the comfy sofa we wanted to take it home!
