Arguably the finest re-development in Filey to date, this Spacious Two Bedroomed penthouse apartment is in an elevated position with Sea Views, situated within one of Filey’s historical & interesting buildings, Ackworth House.

The apartment is right in the middle of Filey’s beach front and offers wide scale sea views from Bempton Cliffs to Filey Bay. Designed so that you wake up to the East Coasts beautiful sunrise and enjoy the evening sun on the large terrace.

Renovated to a 5-star finish, Penthouse Ackworth is spacious, with a bright, open plan kitchen with high ceilings and entertaining area, there is also a Smart TV. There is a family bathroom with a bathtub and en-suite with a shower.

The large terrace, which is such a huge bonus, leads off the kitchen, and plans for its finish are a full dining table and chairs, fire pit and swinging sofa! Renovation is almost complete and if there is space for a BBQ this will be added to the facilities. TBC March 2021.
